**WARNING – Mild Spoilers Ahead**
THE FLASH – OUT OF TIME
This week The Flash delivered undoubtedly its finest episode to date. Comedy, drama, romance, action, even the death of a beloved character! My only major gripe is with Barry and Iris’s developing relationship, but that’s only cause she’s been a punk recently and I’m not ready to forgive so quickly. Note: As the plot involved time travel, all this love and death will most likely be undone next week, but for this week it was some darn good TV.
GOTHAM – WELCOME BACK, JIM GORDON
Gotham, on the other hand, delivers a pretty average episode were a lot happens but none of it’s very exciting. Trying to deal with so many storylines at once means they were all too underdeveloped and rushed. The one or two that aren’t as rushed, feature Jada Pinkett Smith, whose overacting gets more preposterous by the week. As I’ve mentioned before, her character would be better suited to an entirely different show. A bit of a step backwards after a few good episodes, hopefully we’ll be back to the good stuff next week.
